Summary: House was very clean and nicely decorated. Other than that, we were locked out from the get-go because they gave us the wrong gate code. They responded fairly fast to that problem. The listing said there was a TV in each room and that was not correct - we notified them and it was never resolved. The street had lots of loud vehicles and multiple dogs barking all night. The tub in one bathroom leaked on floor when we took a shower. Half of the kitchen cabinets had no handles. The tv we did have had no free channels like we've had in other rentals and when we contacted them to figure out what we were doing wrong, they literally responded THREE separate times that we had to use our own Netflix account, even though I told them we did not have Netflix and would not be starting an account just for this rental. Found a surprise fee in my bank account when we got home that was not listed on the invoice. Definitely would not rent from them again.

Summary: Overall, the property inside was clean,comfortable, and minimally equipped with everything needed (bring your own coffee). We have stayed in nicer and better equipped properties, but this was a very convenient location for an Air Force graduation, and we appreciated 3 kings beds (which you almost never find) and two bathrooms. We were only there really to sleep so overall it suited our needs. However we found the mattress in the primary bedroom too low and the frame too noisy for our taste. We slept in another room. As noted by others, the neighborhood isn't the best, and the "locked gate" likely only keeps out the honest folks, but we had no issues for our 3 night stay. Parking appeared to be safer than many of the hotels in the area. There were a couple of maintenance issues upon check-in, but we got a quick response from the property managers and they were corrected the next day.

Summary: We really enjoyed our staying in this home. It was really close to SeaWorld and all the amenities. We are excited to see. The neighborhood was pretty quiet at night and so we were able to sleep well with little to no disturbance. There was plenty of security measures taken, lots of security cameras were installed so we felt completely safe staying in this home. The bakery around the corner also had some of the best baked goods we’ve had authentic Mexican cuisine.

Summary: Our family stayed here for my son's BMT graduation. It was close and easy to get to base so location was perfect. The area around looks a little rough are first but the neighborhood was safe, quiet and the house was comfy and welcoming. The smoke alarm was beeping when we got there but trip to store for new battery took care of that. Loved the extra touches like soap/shampoo in the bathrooms. The master bed took a little adjustment since it's low and one side leaned in to the middle a bit, and took a bit to chill that room down. But we adjusted by the second night. The outdoor space was nice to visit with my son after graduation. Plenty of space for everyone to visit together. Made cookies and dinner for my son which made it feel like home. There is a coffee make both drip and cup which is nice, but be sure to bring coffee with you. The fridge water filter needed to be replaced but we had bottled with us so we were fine. Overall this was the perfect spot to be a home away for our family and to celebrate our graduate.

Summary: The home is less than 10 minutes away from the graduation location. The area is hood but the home is gated in. All the hotels near by seem scary so staying here is a no Brainer. The home is Immaculate! VERY CLEAN. The sheets on the bed are perfectly white. This home is cozy and welcoming. We had a larger party and we all were comfortable. The home has been updated and is beautiful inside and out. The staff responds fast and are very helpful. The neighbors have a pit bull but he is so sweet. He wags his tail and greets everyone. My airman was able to relax after graduation in a nice, inviting space. We plan to use this property again! Excellent!!!

Summary: We traveled with 4 kids 2 adults and an infant. The home had all the basic necessities we needed to live for 5 days. The neighborhood looked sketchy when we first pulled up, the gate was chained, but as we stayed there were no issues. And neigbors were nice. There dogs were also friendly.

Summary: The house was so clean and beautifully maintained. The back yard was a surprise because it was all turf, so that helped when it rained avoid muddy paws tracking in. The rooms were a great size and the king size beds in each room were a real treat for the family. There is really nothing bad I can say about this property. I would definitely recommend!! Thank you for making BMT graduation so memorable! Having a nice place to stay near the base was a lifesaver!
